
Allocations, Discounts and Special Offers
Some discounts and special offers are not available from every sales outlet. Discounts and special offers are subject to availability, not available at every performance and are at the discretion of the Sales and Customer Services Manager or Duty Sales Managers. Discounts cannot be combined and appropriate identification may be requested.
Reservations
Tickets can only be reserved (without immediate payment) through the Open Air Theatre Box Office. Full payment must be received within three working days.
Tickets purchased online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance (excluding cancellation or postponement caused by the weather - see below). In the case of a cancellation (excluding cancellation caused by the weather) only the face value of your ticket is refundable.
We can accept tickets for resale but we will only attempt to resell them once a show is sold out and cannot guarantee that they will be resold. An administration charge of £2 per ticket will be made for each ticket successfully resold.

Food and drink booked and purchased in advance
Food and drink which is booked and purchased in advance is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Food and drink booked and purchased in advance must be claimed for at the performance which is stated on the voucher. All advance orders of food and drink will be available at least until the advertised starting time of the performance for which they were booked regardless of whether or not the actual performance is subsequently cancelled or abandoned as the result of bad weather. Your ticket for the performance itself still benefits from our weather policy.
Latecomers
We cannot guarantee that latecomers will be admitted, we will endeavour to admit them at a suitable point.
The Performances
Smoking and the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobiles phones is not permitted in the auditorium. We reserve the right to refuse admission on account of health and safety, environmental or security concerns at our discretion and to make changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Ticket-holders consent to their being filmed and photographed for publicity and broadcast purposes.
Data Protection
We would like to keep you informed of future events at the Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will ask your consent to do this. If you wish to be removed from our marketing list, you may contact us at any time.
In order to process your booking, the Open Air Theatre Box Office will ask for and store your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We will not pass on your details to third parties without your consent.
You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them accordingly.
The Open Air Theatre is licensed by Westminster City Council and managed by The New Shakespeare Company Ltd (registered in England numberP: 759557) which is a registered charity (231670). VAT registration number: GB 233 2712 94. As a registered charity, the company is not-for-profit and receives no public subsidy.
