Accessibility at the theatre

In order to provide the best possible customer service, bookings for people with disabilities are only taken by our in-house Box Office. Due to the variety of needs covered by the discount, we prefer to speak directly to the customer about their specific needs and allocate them the best seat available to serve these needs.

Please call 0844 826 4242 to discuss your requirements or fill in the Disability Booking Form.

If you choose to make a reservation using our form, we will contact you to confirm your booking. Please note your reservation is not confirmed until we have contacted you.

As a person’s disability may restrict the choice of seats available to them, we offer the person and their companion the best available seats in the auditorium at the lowest full price. Therefore for shows with a flat price for all seats there is no discount.
